Rear Tipping Containers

ISG is the Global market leader in the design and manufacture Hybrid Open Top Containers (Rotainers) with Rear tipping hatches for a wide range high density dry bulk cargo such as Mineral Concentrates (Copper, Gold, Lead, Zinc), Salt, DRI, and other cargo types.

This hybrid container has been built for rotation by 360 degrees by rotating spreaders (tipplers) to discharge the cargo, whilst still being able to discharge cargo via rear tipping.

This allows the containers to be used with for a wide range of applications. They can receive cargo at the port and deliver to the mine, and then transport cargo back to the port for tippler discharge.

The hybrid container still comes with all of ISG unique features such as our Patented Hard lid and Special Flow Gussets on the corner castings.  The container is certified to BK2 requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code 2018).

Safe and Easy to operate tipping hatch

ISG rear tipping Hybrid containers have large tipping hatch, to allow smooth flow of abrasive bulk cargo.  The hatch is fully tested with the distributed loads of bulk cargo.

The hatch locking gear is located on the side of the container near the ground, so that the hatch can be opened by a worker when the container is on the back of a truck.

 

One container for Import and Export

The ISG container is perfect container for receiving import cargo from a vessel, which can then be taken to the customer for discharge by end tipping.

The customer can then load export cargo into the container, and it can return to the port for discharge via tippler.

The container is a flexible solution for logistic companies that need to handle multiple cargo for multiple customers.
